talpak Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Member

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the talpak platform and apply to all registered members in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. Membership, Account Use, and Platform Rules

Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to participate in online gaming in the Philippines to register a talpak account. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts will be suspended without prior notice and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation. During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information, and you remain responsible for keeping those details current at all times. talpak reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any stage of your membership to verify the details you have provided. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure. Registration is free and can be completed via the Register page.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified talpak of a suspected security breach. You must not share your account access with any third party, and you must not allow another person to use your account to place bets or conduct transactions on your behalf. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact support immediately and change your password without delay. talpak will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the member has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login details. Deposits, Withdrawals, and PHP Transactions

All transactions on the talpak platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP), and no currency conversion is required for Filipino members. Deposits must be made using the supported local payment methods listed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit; these limits may be adjusted from time to time at talpak's discretion. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is verified and associated with your registered account, and you must ensure that your account details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request. talpak reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is above standard thresholds or where account activity triggers a routine security review. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed during the withdrawal process; talpak is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions outside its control.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

All promotional offers listed in the Latest Promotions section are subject to individual terms that are stated clearly alongside each offer, including any qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible game categories, and expiry periods. Members must read the specific terms of each promotion before opting in, as failure to meet the stated conditions may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The Rewards programme accumulates points on qualifying bets placed across eligible game categories, and the current accumulation and redemption rates are visible from your account dashboard after login. talpak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or the Rewards programme at any time, provided that reasonable notice is given where practicable and existing qualifying activity is honoured in accordance with the terms in place at the time of that activity. Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or other abusive methods constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. The High Roller tier carries its own enhanced terms which are communicated directly to qualifying members.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

talpak is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment for all Filipino members, and responsible gaming tools are available to every registered account holder through the account dashboard without the need to contact support. Members may set deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods directly from their account settings at any time. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed before the stated duration has elapsed, and talpak will not accept any request to lift a self-exclusion early regardless of the circumstances presented. All responsible gaming controls apply equally across membership tiers, including High Roller members, and no promotional activity on the platform is structured to override a member's own stated limits.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

Members are prohibited from using the talpak platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine laws and regulations. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other members is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system errors, or circumvent platform security measures is treated as a serious breach of these Terms and will be investigated accordingly. talpak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where a breach of these Terms is suspected, and to withhold associated funds pending the outcome of an investigation. Members whose accounts are suspended have the right to contact support to understand the reason for the suspension and to submit relevant information for review, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that may restrict the information talpak is able to disclose. Decisions made following a completed investigation are final and binding unless successfully appealed through the process outlined by talpak support.

Privacy, Data, and Cookies

talpak collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and talpak and should be read alongside these Terms. Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the Philippines. talpak does not sell member data to third parties for marketing purposes, and data shared with service providers is limited to what is necessary for the provision of the services described in these Terms. The platform uses cookies and similar technologies to support session management, security, and platform performance; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the cookie practices described in the Privacy Policy. Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting talpak support, subject to any legal retention obligations that apply. All data handling practices are reviewed periodically to ensure continued alignment with applicable Philippine data privacy standards.

Limitation of Liability and Changes to Terms

talpak provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times; scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside talpak's control may result in temporary service interruptions, and talpak will not be liable for losses arising directly from such interruptions where reasonable steps have been taken to restore service promptly. talpak's liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's verified account at the time the relevant claim arises, except where applicable Philippine law requires a higher standard. These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, platform features, or business practice; material changes will be communicated to members via a notice on the platform or by email to the registered address, and continued use of the platform following the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
